Our free Store Diagnosis checks the one place most Shopify brands never look — inside the store itself — and finds the bottleneck actually holding growth back.
Built for Shopify and Shopify Plus brands doing $1M–$10M in annual revenue.
115+ leading D2C brands analyzed · 2 diagnoses accepted per day
Most bootstrapped Shopify brands have already done the obvious work — Meta and Google Ads are running, SEO is dialed in, the store looks the part. What's usually still unchecked is the store itself: the positioning, offer or funnel forcing that paid traffic and those discounts to work harder than they should.
Your Meta or Google Ads still generate traffic, but each new customer costs more.
More visitors reach the store, but too few become profitable customers.
Promotions generate sales, but margins shrink and customers learn to wait.
Buyers struggle to understand why they should choose you instead of a similar brand.
These problems often look like advertising problems. They usually start inside the store.
Maggie M. reviews your Shopify store from a buyer, conversion and growth perspective. We identify the strongest bottleneck, explain its commercial impact and show you the first change worth testing.
We analyze your positioning, offer, homepage, product pages, proof and customer journey.
We find the issue most likely reducing buyer confidence, conversion or margin.
You receive one clear priority, the evidence behind it and the next action to test.
Can a new visitor understand who the product is for, why it matters and why it is different?
Does the homepage guide buyers toward a decision or only present products?
Do the pages reduce uncertainty and help customers choose?
Are reviews, evidence and credibility placed where hesitation happens?
Are there unnecessary steps, unclear choices or missing answers?
Does the store communicate value or rely on promotions to create urgency?
Does the brand give customers a reason to choose it beyond product features or price?
Our analysis also looks for opportunities to move the brand away from direct price competition and toward a clearer market position.
Where might buyers lose confidence before completing the purchase?
The main issue most likely holding back conversion, margin or profitable growth.
The pages, messages and customer-journey patterns behind the diagnosis — checked against what consistently works across the 115+ leading D2C brands we've analyzed, not theory.
A clear explanation of how the bottleneck may affect sales, acquisition efficiency or margins.
The highest-priority change to test next.
No generic strategy deck. No 50-point checklist. One clear diagnosis you can act on.
The store leads with product features while buyers still need help choosing the right product for their use case.
Visitors are forced to compare similar products without enough guidance. This increases hesitation and makes price more important.
Lower product-page conversion, more comparison shopping and greater dependence on discounts.
